Special Disclosures for 2026 (1) Artificial Intelligence (AI): Greenwave Energy utilizes AI and automated processing to optimize energy service delivery, analyze usage patterns, and power interactive customer support tools. (2) No Automated Opt-Out (GPC): Please note that our systems do not currently recognize or honor automated browser-based "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) or other "Universal Opt-Out" signals. To exercise your right to opt-out, please use the manual methods described in Section 5.

4. How We Use and Share Your Personal Information We use and share your information for the following business purposes: (1) Service Providers: We share data with partners who help us operate (e.g., payment processors, customer support, and IT infrastructure). (2) Utility & Regulatory Entities: We share necessary data with local utilities (e.g., PG&E) and regulatory bodies (e.g., CPUC) to facilitate energy delivery and compliance. (3) Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, or business transition, your data may be transferred as a business asset. (4) No Sale of Data: Greenwave Energy does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
